Hi ATV gurus.
I have an xD3 ATV module and I am wondering how this would work with an A2E kit. I know how limited the module is in terms of EQ, editing and compatibility, as so far I have just seen that you can change pad sensitivity, volume and cross talk wizard. Will this be enough to tweak and adjust a converted pad? Not talking about cymbals, just mesh heads with lets say Jobecky triggers.
Thanks!!

Hi Lucas,

the xD3 module is not meant to be sold as a separate module because it is specifically configured for the ATV EXS drums. Therefore it has less options to configure the pad settings.
Despite of that, several companies sell it as a separate module and if it works depends on the brand of the triggers/pads. So it is not guaranteed that it works 100%

Hi, thanks a lot for your answer!
I know it is meant to work with TV but so far it works great with Roland and I've been told that it works great with triggers by a user that made a conversion kit with Jobeky triggers as well. It might be quite risky but I think I will give it a try and hope it works!! Otherwise I'd have to go for a 2box or aD5 module probably.
