Martijn who built this forum asked if I could upload my AD5 settings here in the hope they may prove useful to others. I’m happy to so that but it’s important to be mindful of one very important caveat when sharing ADS5 settings: unlike most modules where setting are absolute it seems to be the case with the AD5 all trigger settings are relative to the baseline you create when you run the Trigger Settings wizard. Plus keep in mind that individual playing styles will favour different settings. Therefore it's worth stating that my average playing level is somewhere in the middle but I do play with a wide dynamic range.

Anyway, my settings which are as follows (all pads/cymbals are ATV Artist Standard):

KICK: sensitivity = 0 / Threshold = 0
SNARE: sensitivity = +1 / Threshold = -2 / Zone B sens = +3 / Zone C sens = +1 / Head-Rim adj = R4 / Side rim adj = +6
HI-HAT: sens = +4 / Threshold = -3 / Zone B sens = +0 / Pedal HH sens. = +3
TOM 1 and TOM 2: sens = +1 / Threshold = -2
TOM 3: sens = +2 / Threshold = -2
RIDE: sens = +0 / Threshold = -2 / Zone B sens = +0 / Zone C sens = +3
CRASH 1: sens = +3 / Threshold = +0 / Zone B sens = +2
AUX1 (Crash 2): sens = +3 / Threshold = +0 / Zone B sens = +3

Note: I have not included Curve settings above because I have left this set to “Normal” for all triggers.
